Atom was born in the comics world in 1961
and Ant-Man in 1962. In that year there were many characters from scientists.
Before Scott Lang became Ant-Man, Ant-Man
was previously Hank Pym. Alter-ego Atom is Ray Palmer who is also a physicist.
Both Ray Palmer and Hank Pym are making technology to shrink and enlarge their
bodies.
