Since its
appearance in Suicide Squad, the figure of Harley Quinn has become increasingly
popular. But before that the Joker lover's character was already prominent.
Initially Harley was a psychiatrist
at Arkham
Asylum where the Joker was quarantined, then became a loyal follower of the
Joker. Harley also briefly collaborated with Catwoman and
Poison Ivy. The three of them are known as Gotham City Sirens.
